Yesterday there was an online crop at Scrapware where we worked with a sketch. Here's my LO!

Yes, I'm back! I've had a major scrapdip over the last few months but I finally managed to finish this book which I started on in June. This book is about my visit to CHA & LA with Nathalie.

It's been a busy month, the end of my photography course, lots going on at Scrapware. I made a small stack of new layouts this month that need to be scanned and stitched and I finally got around to it.

I've done quite a few layouts with zoo pics. Took a subscription to Blijdorp last year so I could go and take pics more often. And here's four more layouts with pics from my latest trip!

It took me a while to finish everything but here it is, the Royal Lemon "Royal Fiesta" result from May 3rd!

Back from Texel for a week and it has been a strange one. I've finished my Texel book as well as two layouts, a lot for me in 1 week, but I've also had to deal with some very terrible news. Someone who's life was ripped away from him far too soon leaving a wife and two young children behind. Torn between grief and shock, and the realization that you should live your life as best you can. Enjoy it before it's all gone. A very weird mix of emotions.

Coming Sunday is the Royal Fiesta at the Royal Lemon forum, which I'll be participating in, together with Angelique and Nathalie at my house. Looking forward to it! I'll show you the results next week. For now this is what I've done this week.

We spent last week on the island Texel with my family. It was so lovely, the weather just kept on being great and we had such a good time, lots of walking and biking. Texel is a great place, it kept on surprising me.

Here's one of the little surprises, the lighthouse in the north we drove by at night.

As I posted earlier I was having some scrapper's block. Your comments helped and I've stuck with it and finished this layout yesterday, and there's another start-of-a-LO on my desk right now.

I'm at a bit of a scrapper's block, have been for a while now. I don't like it! I really want to produce layouts and mini albums and all kinds of other things but I seem to hit a wall of uninspired-ness and insecurity whenever I try to start at something.
